Allied Practitioner

At Westbourne Medical Studios, our Emotional Healing sessions offer a deeply therapeutic approach to understanding how unresolved emotions and past trauma can manifest physically in the body. It is now widely recognised that emotional stress plays a significant role in the onset and progression of many health conditions.

This calming, one-to-one session takes place on the treatment couch, where we gently explore the emotional roots of physical or psychological discomfort. Guided by an experienced practitioner, you’ll be supported in identifying and releasing stored emotional energy—helping to create space for recovery, resilience, and restored balance.

Emotional Healing is ideal for those who feel "stuck," overwhelmed, or affected by past experiences they haven’t yet been able to process. It’s a safe, respectful space to reconnect with yourself, relieve internal tension, and support whole-person wellbeing—body, mind, and spirit.

Havening is a gentle, neuroscience-based technique designed to help release emotional distress, reduce anxiety, and support healing from trauma. At Westbourne Medical Studios, we offer Havening as part of our holistic approach to emotional wellbeing—providing a calm and supportive environment where lasting change can take place.

Using soothing touch combined with guided visualisation and calming techniques, Havening helps to de-link emotional responses from distressing memories stored in the brain. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals dealing with anxiety, phobias, stress, or the lingering impact of traumatic events.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs, creating a safe space where you can process emotions at your own pace. Havening is gentle, empowering, and deeply calming—supporting a renewed sense of ease, clarity, and resilience across mind and body.

Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmical massage technique that supports the body’s natural detoxification process by encouraging the flow of lymphatic fluid. At Westbourne Medical Studios, this therapy is delivered with precision and care to help reduce swelling, boost immune function, and promote a deep sense of calm and wellbeing.

Particularly beneficial following surgery, illness, or during periods of sluggishness or inflammation, Lymphatic Drainage can help relieve fluid retention, support recovery, and improve circulation. The treatment is non-invasive and deeply soothing, designed to stimulate the lymphatic system without putting pressure on the vessels.

Each session is tailored to your needs, delivered in a calm, nurturing environment where your comfort is our priority. Whether you're supporting post-operative healing or simply seeking to reset and rebalance, Lymphatic Drainage offers a restorative and effective path to feeling lighter, clearer, and more energised.
